Calibration procedure of acl-380 surface impedance meter

Acl-380 adopts 1% ultra thin film resistor and high-speed amplifier circuit, and its calibration procedure is based on the linear circuit technology of the product.

The conversion point of impedance value is 1 / 2 logarithm, i.e. 3.16 × 10N. The linear value of conversion point is ± 10% of the mean value per unit of each measurement.
